Communication is a two-way street. But, for it to work effectively it take a process of speaking, listening, understanding what was said, then doing.  The “doing” can be replying or fulfilling an action such as a child going to clean their room, or a business manager completing a task.

Everyone has potential, it just depends on the environment that they feel comfortable learning in.

As a leader or manager, we must look at and understand the whole person, both from a personal perspective and from an organizational perspective, or even from the type of environment we are currently in.
